The editorial and commercial newspapers need a good team of workers to make the papers the best they can be. To create the editorial part of the newspaper an editor, news editor, reporter, photographer, layout sub editor, copy sub editor, revise sub editor, picture editor, designer, features editor, graphic artist, and an imaging operative must be employed. To create a successful newspaper a company will need all these employees and to fund for these employers the paper must make a profit. The commercial side of the paper will be created by an advertising manager, marketing manager, a print manager, and a distribution manager.
